Help with DTS please!!!

could someone please tell me how do you convert a stereo wav file into a 6 channel dts file??

Or at least something close!!!!

Attached is a text file wit step by step instructions along with the tools you'll need to do this.
I've done it numerous time but I'm not that impressed.
