Help with convert dvd to wmf

Hello Everyone,

I am hoping someone out there can help me with a problem I am having...
I have a short dvd about 5 minutes long that I need to convert to a windows media file. The reason why I need to convert is so I can stream the video on our website. I have been searching for help on this subject for a while and I am still lost, this forum for me has always been very helpful so I am hoping to find my answers here.

FlaskMPEG will convert dvd to WMV files there are guides out there just search for them in google

I would frameserve with AVISynth same as for DVD to avi, mpg, etc. then use either MS's own encoder or another one like Nic's. They all use MS's codecs so quality should be the same.
