hi peope i have benn converting avi to dvd using chiken mans guide. everything went ok. then i had to format my computer adn install everything again as my com was riddled full of bugs. now when i use avi2svcd it gets stuck when its doin the MADPALY THING for some reason. can any one help?????

Never used AV2SVCD, I have however used madplay numerous times without issues. What version? Perhaps there are errors in the stream?
Hmm.. I have never ever heard of any one ever having probs with Madplay in DVD2SVCD. I certainly never have.
There is now a new DVD2SVCD version 1.2.2 b1 out today, so grab it and re-install www.dvd2svcd.org
