HELP:software installation

Hi,
my compuyer is running on WIN,NT4. Becoz I have no administrator access right, I can't install any software that will modify system such as AV software, harddisk software,multimedia software. Even I can not upgrade ie.
How can I get administrator access right to install the software and do not let computer supervisor find it?

Another question about p2p?
I want to install kazaa and edonkey on the computer, but it will modify the system of the computer I mentioned above.
PLZ recommend a p2p software that will not modify system or tell me how to install kazaa or edonkey without modifying the system?

Better upgrade to XP

Why? 1st Microsoft had slowly make NT in no update or support NT Sp6. The serviecs pack If I'm not wrong is Sp6. Some of the administrator may have problem running in some software. Since your are using NT or NTSF conversion...Why not upgrade to Xp!! The New Xp is based on NT technoical system. It have NTSF or even Fat16 or 32 bit. Soon Microsoft will have a New Version OS. More on Multimedia A/V and capture editing and games. Try it. Another NT version not realy old is Windows 2000 Pro Very stable and good for A/V user.
