Help Please??

Hey all,
I recently bought a Sony Dru510AK but no matter what program i use i cant seem to burn at 4X like it says the burner can? anyone know why, i guess i was just a little disappointed because i was hoping to burn dvd's a little quicker than in 50 minutes or so, anyone got any ideas? currently the usual programs i use are DVD Shrink and Nero.

Sony burners are VERY PICKY re media try thir own brand &/or Ritek with G04 dye.

plus latest firmware might help.
