help mpeg prob

hi ive recorded some music videos off mtv using a dvb sat pci card and some software on to my hdrive i think they are mpeg 2 files but they say pva files in properties they play fine on my computer using elecard mpeg2 player but cant find any software to copy as vcds or svcds and play on stand alone dvd player any advice please thanks:confused: :confused:

I do believe that DVD2SVCD will do it as under the misc settings it says DVB(pva), Have a look on chickenmans tutorials they produce the best results....obviously in the tutorial section
