I have a win xp, but my very old hp 7200 ( philips) don´t works.............xp says ......." a cd rom", not writer.
How can i do?

Install ASPI (4.60.1021), and disable Imapi or any other packet writer- none of them seems working properly with this old OEM Philips CDD-3610 burner.
PS: if you are talking about the external version of this writer, there is nothing you can do.
