help i have no idea what im doing

hey guys I need help,
I have never done anything like this before, I used dvd shrink and dvd decrypter to save the dvd as an iso file to my hard drive. So do I just burn the iso file to a dvd-r disk? If so what programs do I use? Sorry about this it's probably a dumb question but I am desperate.

burn the iso using BURN AT ONCE to dvdr as per LAZ'S totally freeware guide

may be a good time to buy a dvdrw and test burn before wasting disks

Bad advice, as an unmodded Burnatonce will only burn to Pioneer drives and -R media.
If you are sure you have followed the shrinkikg instructions suit, then you can burn the ISO image with your mainstream burning app- which of course CAN be Burnatonce (in fact: warmly recommended) but not without the "pro-DVD" enhancement.

DVD Decrypter can be used to burn the iso as well. just use the ISO Write mode.
