help i can't put a cd in my drive because it won't open

i cannot burn any cd's or listen to them because my drive won't open to insert a cd i need help

try 2 manually remove it by using a pin..there should b a hole where u could insert a pin 2 manually open the drive
the drive's led doesn't light /blink?
is it behind detected @ boot time & by the OS?

Have you tried to open the tray via a software command? (rightclick the CD-ROM icon on explorer and pick "eject"). If this works, then there is a program running which locks the drive.
