I want to capture from VHS tapes straight to Divx using the 5.02 codec and compressing the audio to MP3 during the capture. My graphics card is an ATI AIW Radeon (WDM driver) and I want to use the resolution 352x288.
I have tried Virtualdub, but it crashes everytime I try to use the Lame MP3 codec for the audiocompressing although it works fine with the other codecs present on my system.
I´ve also tried iuVCR but the sound gets out of synch (no frames lost).
Is there any other WDM based captureprograms that fullfill my needs or will Virtualdub work with another MP3 codec and keep the audio in sync?
