There's the old perennial - www.burnatonce.com - doesn't have the looks of the others, and needs some messing around to use Pro-DVD for full DVD writer support.
You can also get OEM versions of Nero amazingly cheap from online stores.
One word of warning - from other forums where people tested a Liteon-Sony reflashed drive, and used a keygen to enable Nero for a drive it wasn't bundled with, they were finding that Nero is getting cleverer - it will take a syntactically valid serial and appear to work, but SPOIL BURNS - so even if you do manage to source a dodgy key, are you SURE you can trust it?
There are also suggestions that Nero is getting very sneaky at contacting them, so "borrowing" a friend's serial may result in losing the serial, and the friend!
