having problem with smartripper 2.41

hi i was just wondering if anyone could help me here. when smartripper starts to read the files on my dvd it gets down to vts_01_0.VOB->WIN_IO and it says "locked!" a message pops up saying, "Some files are still locked !" "Try to unlock with player." can anyone tell me what i need to do from here?

Welcome to the forum :)

Just play the DVD on the PC (with say WinDVD or PowerDVD or similar) for a while, this will un-lock the files/drive. Then use SmartRipper.

Another solution is to use DVD Decrypter as it can auto unlock the drive first, then start ripping.
