guitar bridge setup help

I may be able to help you as I used to do guitar repair work....What's the problem?

i have a esp Kirk Hammet with the skulls , maybe u understood,sorry for my
poor english
is there a site where can i find info on this guitar ????

has the bridge to be parallel to the guitar body ?
has the distance of the 2 screws to be the same?
the first screw to the body=the second screw to the body
in my guitar the more small "E" ( the more small string) is very strong
to pull up?
what can i do to make the strings more soft to pull up?
