GUI software ?

Not sure if it exists but I'm after a bit of software to change the appearance of a program, basically how it looks on the screen. I know you can have different skins, etc for other programs, such as winamp but I'm after a general purpose GUI (skin) changing application.

Any feedback would be helpful.

hmmmmmmmmm have you tried changing the shell of windows !? there are many tools out there to do this and many skin packs that go with them :) one of em is litestep :)

You can do it in SOME programs written in C+ by using the Resource Hacker freeware, but it wont work in any program wil compressed executables and dll's, and most likely it wont work either for programs built with Visual Basic or Java.
