030512 Initial release.

030514 Shortlived attempt to fix incorrect info bug involving wav & AC3 files & filesize.

030515 Actual fix for above; also reinstated decimal aspect ratio.

030517 Tooltip & "info tip" colors now respect user's system tooltip color settings.
Fixed bug where some digits in frame count were blank.
Fixed spacing of dots on file open button.

030518 Tooltips as above, but "info tips" restored to predefined colors (black on light yellow).

The 030517 change cause the infotip "hyperlinks" to appear identical to normal text.

Note: Any build changes for v2.2 beyond 030518 will be limited to significant bugs.
