If somebody needs a great""free"""antivirus.....Etrust..one of the best av proggys..gives for free now their product......Only other free antivirus software i know is avg--free version which getting worst rewievs everywhere.......So if somebody needs good av..take it now..couse offer will end soon......I picked this from other forum..so doint know much more.......But should be still valid...http://etrustantivirus-central.ca.com/v7/eav7promo.exe

You forgot Avast! 4 Home edition and Gladiator- but yes, this is a promo release which is not certain if it expires or not (...and when) and since Etrust and the fellow company (VET antiirus, spotted Down Under) gives this one for free, and this promo gives the option to use either the Etrust or the VET engine, it DOES sound like a bargain offer.

You forgot Avast! 4 Home edition and Gladiator

Never tryed gladiator.......And since everybody raved about avast4--gave him a test ride....bigger footprint then f-secure----even all people said its a lightweight????Updated definition--screwed my pc.....Thanks..but no thanks......Fsecure is the ages ahead...Fsecure is the man for everybody actually......best av.....easy simple......can block scripts too ..Actually..i think i just get used to fsecure....probably is avast ok too.....its just when you like something--you always make that other thing is worst

Tried to find info on gav but all i really came up with was this:

"THE GAV BETA PROJECT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. NO DAILY OR PROGRAM UPDATES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD.
Because this program is no longer supported, it is recommended that you cease using and uninstall Gladiator from your system."
So i guess thats it then?
