graphics on dvdr

burning the dvd is no problem, the problem occurs after about an hour into the movie, the graphics become garbled and the movie stops and starts and then finally stops, has anybody else had the same problem.

spec is

Athlon xp 1700
80 HDD
700 MB ram
win xp pro
lite on dvdr + drive
dvd drive
64 mb Geforce 2

Well you don't say what software your using and what media (Manufacturer ID) or what drive. But if had to make a guess I would say bad cheap media. Just a guess I could be wrong but with out some fact all I can do is guess.
