Good pc diagnostic package

Hey, anyone have a good full version pc diagnostic package like EuroSoft's PC Check 5 or Amidiag 6.12 full?
PLease not Sisoft Sandra Pro because it's good but the one i'm looking for.

It needs to be started from floppy in DOS.

well theres microscope by micro2000.com but unfortunatley i have no idea where you could get hold of it
