Four sisters were standing in line inside the
huge, empty cathedral waiting to go to confession.
The first sister goes in and goes through her
act of contrition. The Father says to her, "Tell
me, Sister Kathleen, what are your sins?"
Sister Kathleen replies, "Father, I saw a handsome
young man in the grocery store, and I let my hand
rub up against his bottom."
The Father gasps in shock and tells Sister
Kathleen to say 5 Our-Fathers for penance, and
to rinse her hands in the Holy Water.
The second sister goes in and goes through her
act of contrition. The Father says to her, "Tell
me, Sister Colleen, what are your sins?"
Sister Colleen replies, "Father, I saw a handsome
young man in the elevator, and I reached out and
squeezed his bottom!"
The Father gasps in horror and tells Sister
Colleen to say 10 Our-Fathers for penance and
to SCRUB her hands off in the Holy Water.
At this point, the fourth sister in line says to
the third sister in line, "Hey, let me go before
you" The third sister in line says, "Why should I?"
The fourth sister says, "Because, if I have to
gargle the Holy Water, I want to do it before
