G'day, does anyone know anything about NTrecover??

Hi, recently stuffed w2k professional by not having a password..... user or administrator for my old mans laptop. (win2k pro SP2 NTFS)

After a little research, i found a copy of NTrecover and Locksmith..... and after a little search i also found my serial cable. :)

Now my problem is that my PC (win2k pro SP4 FAT32) wants to format the hard drive on the laptop. :rolleyes:

Is there a program which will let my FAT32 machine read the NTFS drive??? so i can reset the password???

(trying very hard to avoid a format/reinstall)

any help would be greatly appreciated
