Games Running Too Fast

I like the old X-COM UFO Defense game (Win95 Rewrite) but it is linked to the clock speed and because my old Cyrix 200MHz PC is pushing up E-Daisies, the Geoscope is proving a little problematic. Does anybody know of any programs that can trick the program in to running at a slower speed?
