game shark boot ps2??

well i got a v 9 ps2 so i cant use slide card with swap magic to boot cd backup

so i wonder if i can use game shark or action replay to boot cd game instead???

if so which game shark i need to do that

cuz i figure sony must had done something to the ps2 so that the swap magic cd wont able to boot up in my v9 and probably game shark would have the same problem....

thanz i really wanna play my cd back up...

first off is it that magic swap cds that are not compatible with PS2 version 9 or is it the slide card. Because if it is the magic swap cds that are not compatible, you can just easily use gameshark 2 ,or 3, with the slide card and it will work. It will only be a longer procedure
