Fully download command can't work in Chinese IE6 SP1

I was test 3 language IE(Eng.,CHT.,CHS)..........

Only can download English successfully

But CHT version only download from windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Both CHINESE versio can't use the fully download command to download


Who can help me .....?

just buy the cd from the shops in HK, only 20 $....heh


or 100 $ for 5 cds
