Everything people need is already on the main site or posted here on the board (within a reasonable file size limit).
If you want movies and other such things, then people have to put up the $ 'cause sadly bandwidth isn't free.
It's ok when you host one for just a few people visiting your site every day, but we are talking hundreds (if not thousands) here.
