Ftp at my webhost, How?

I want to download the big file from internet but I want it store at my webhost and later I can download it from there. Any software or anyway to do that? I want my webhost do that job for me while I still offline.

there is many different ways with web hosts .. Mine you can import stuff from a http location on the site just putting in the link then it will transfer it from there.

So gives a bit more info about your host like who supplies it like geoshites, isp or all the other. and what kind of options you have in the control panel

i dont know what you control pannel is like but this is what it kinda should look like when there is a option of transfering from site to site i finde it really handy becaue i am only a dial up and saves me downloading to upload just use ther 100mbit connection to move stuff from my site


but put a print screen of you control pannel becaue i cant login need to be a user

I never knew that you could do that?.....well now I know thanks...I think you can do that with plus-net / force9...but you have to tell them what you want <shrug>
