yup i went to their website to dl it and when i installed it says version 3.5

All the info on the site says 3.5 isn't out yet and there is no download demo available.........

this is what it says under properties of the shortcut "C:\Program Files\FruityLoops3.5\FruityLoops.exe"

I'm with you (finally).
When you click on the 3.4 demo link it takes you to a download of 3.54 demo
I expect a full version will work it's way around pretty quickly once it's officially available.
You might just have to wait for that.
