I just got a DVD +/- burner and its a Memorex 4x and Im confused as to what to do! I burn a back up movie of one my dvds, I tryed DVDxCopy express to backup a dvd , using both formats -r and +r and it dosent work on my dvd player and computer.. on the dvd player it just says loadin and nothing happens. 
, so what do i do? im trying CloneCD now and all I have to do is leave AnyDVD running in the backround?, please anything will help ... I looked it up and my APEX AD1225 DVD player for my TV plays both dvd-r and dvd+r btw, I dont understand some programs you dont need to rip the dvd , it does it auto and burns it? and some other programs only burn from a souce file like NERO??? and to make the source file (video_TS) I should use DVD shrink or somthing else? im goin crazy , thx for time , sorry if it has been asked before.
