Freeware Installer Creator?

Anybody know of a FREEWARE installer creator that is simple and could do the following?
1. Edit the Registry
2. Register/Un-Register DLLs/OCXs
3. Delete Files
4. Message Boxes

Would like to create a RealOne cleaner...

Scripting is too complicated for me...

No help files... No anything... LOL

Anyways, is there a GUI for creating those scripts?

I suggested the Nullsoft installer cause it's the most flexible...
Yet- if you like a GUI you have three free options:
1. Inno Setup
2. Setup Generator
3. The free version of Vise Installer
I'd suggest trying them all and picking what suits you best.
