It seems legit but there are a few things I see that I don't like. If you go over your 5gb a month limit they charge you $0.99 per GB. Thats not bad but this also. (1&1 charges Account Set-Up Fees, Service Fees and Domain Service Fees where applicable. All such fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.) and (1&1 reserves the right to change the rate charged for any such fee under this agreement with 30 days notice) all the info is here. Like they say- you have to read the fine print.
