Formating computer

is there a way i can delete everything off my comptuer besides windows? I just wanted to clean the comptuer and get rid of all viruses and spyware because these spywares keep coming back and ive triedd alot of programs to stop it

i just formatted the comptuer and installed windows and everything. Now i put in my cd key and it says its been used before. I used the cd key on my other comptuer networked to this one and it worked fine. How come now it says its been used and it didnt say that when i installed it on the other comptuer?

An active net connection while installation? What specific XP version?
You know for legality you have to buy another license for every additional machine?
