Hi I´m from the south of México ,sorry for my poor english ,but after of read all the replys about CCE I got a few questions
1) Which is the best choice of yours for mpeg1 encoding (VCD)? In my experience TMPGENc encode offers to me the highest quality (less blockiness ,color and contrast correction ,smooth apparience ,Good Vel. (1 hr mpeg2 takes 1.1 hr to convert mpeg 1 almost 1:1 time relation) the blockiness effect is the only one detail ,Panasonic standalone 2.51 the blockiness is not the problem (is the best in this aspect),decent colors but takes a lot of time (1 hr mpeg2 takes 2-2.5 hrs to mpeg1), and finally CCE standalone 2.50 SP ,my capture card is mpeg2 native (creative digital VCR) , becomes necessary frameserving with dvd2avi & VfapiR before to work with CCE , mpeg1 (vcd) obtained from CCE looks great but has a lot of blockiness when a fast sequence ocurred .
2)if their answer is TMPGENC .Do you know a better Encoder or plugin or mix of software that offers similar or highest quality a TMPGENc? (or Settings that minimize the blockiness effect )
