I was trying to download the latest IE August 2002 cummulative patch (Portuguese version), but everytime I download it, it gets corrupted. I guess FlashGet is doing that...

I was not using Windows Update. I was downloading the August cummulative patch from download.microsoft.com site and it gets corrupted everytime. Now I'm trying to download it with IE only. Let's see... but anyway FlashGet must be able to download that file without corrupting it. I used to download IE patches using Getright with no problem at all.

Resume problems, corrupt files too
Don't know If it was bad luck or wath, but some days ago I had terrible problems with my adsl connection (server problems) it turns off very often. I was downloading a file sized 13 mb (kasper av) using flashget 1.3 beta 2. It's suposed that 1 of the most importat feauters it's build for, it's to resume downloading. I downloaded twice and both were corrupt. As this file was in a ftp server y use a Ftp client (flash fxp) that support resume too, but this time I downloaded just once and it works.
Don't know really who the problem was, a bug from the flashget 1.3 beta 2? or flashget doesn't resume as well as they sayd? Now I install Flashget 1.3 final, and I'm downloading a iso image of 540 mb, and it has been resumed many times. That's the last chance for Flashget, if al last this file is corrupted I'll get ride of it, and choose another one.

sabio: When the download finishes, please tell us if it's corrupted or not. I'm new to FlashGet, and I'm willing to change to Getright again.
