Changes in this new built 866

-Fixed bug in the local display that caused windows shortcuts to display a partial filename.

-Fixed WinXP visual bug in the toolbar, when pressing the connect button the button should now remain down while the menu is active.

- Turns out a fix done in build 863 wasn't compatible with some systems resulting in a crash on startup This compatibility problem is very mysterious and hopefully it's been completely fixed.
