i found the firmware update file on the hp site but it says i need recordnow before i can install it. i just took the dvd+r drive from my hp computer onto this computer and the hp computer did not come with a cd for recordnow. which is better to use nero 5.5.10.42 or recordnow? is there a way i can get a firmware update for the drive without recordnow? if not where can i get recordnow? i also tried the firmware update from firmware-flash.com but it didnt seem to work.
