Firmware Problems

I have a pioneer DVR-104. I d/l the newest firmware for that model. i haven't delt with this before and do not know how to install the firmware. when i go to install the firmware it says available target not found. thanx.

Go sure you got the right firmware for your drive model!
anyway if it won't find a target, try to set the related IDE channel to PIO mode only, reboot, update firmware, reboot, enable DMA, reboot again, done;
