E-mail: _galcott@compuserve.com

Directory Printer enables you to print or export directory listings from Windows, a capability which is not provided by Windows itself. Can print single directories or entire trees. When printing trees, the number of levels of subdirectories printed can be specified. Allows choice of fields to print (long and short file name, file type, size, date/time, attributes, version information, MP3 artist/title/duration, MS Word/Excel title/subject/author) Listing can be sorted in different ways. Prints total number and size of files. Files can be selected by file specification and/or date range. Option to print summary listing (subdirectories only, without files).
Print preview available. Exports to ASCII text or comma-delimited files.

Instructions for using the program are in the online help.

Suggestion: Directory Lister (Freeware)

Directory Lister lets you list files in selected directories (hard disks, diskettes, CD-ROMs) into text or HTML file. It has a large number of options and automated listings are available (for FTP owners). You can: * choose which items you want to list - subdirs, size, date, time, attributes, directory names, directory size, full path, crc32 value * choose the width of these fields, * choose which directories you want to include, * choose if you want a text file or html file, * choose sort options, * choose mask for filenames, * generate listing for each processed directory, * load and save your settings, * list files from command line (for FTP owners).""

get it from here:

Once again the "swiss knife" called Total Commander does the job...
1. select your desired directoty (by pressing the "ins" key.
2.Go file/print/filelist with subdirs (other options also available) and that's it- now you can print it to printer or text file.
