Hi,
definetely not an hardcore expert on this, but here we go:
Didn´t find a review on your board (didn´t dig to deep though..)
First: are there regular BIOS updates or are you left in the dark after purchase? (your mobo had a april 2002 update so you´re fine for now..)
Haven´t any experience with FIC and their BIOS update-cycles...
Can you set up your mobo via BIOS or do you need to use jumpers? (matter of taste perhaps, but avoiding jumpers makes life less painfull if you like to play around with mobo settings)
Mobo seems to lack some newer features wich could be taken into consideration to awoid bottlenecks when you do have such a fast CPU & RAM:
Chipset: KT266A:
A faster (newer) chipset is KT333 (and KT333A to be released soon wich will support AGP 8x)
IDE-channels support only ATA-100 (newer HDD support ATA-133)
(don´t make any large difference though if you haven´t faster 7200 RPM HDD with large internal cache)
Mobo supports only USB 1.1 (USB 2.0 has so much faster interface)
Above is relevant or not depending on if you do want to upgrade HDD, graphics-card or other stuff in the future
tom´s hardware done some comparison & you´ll find other good articles there aswell:
18 Mobo´s with kt333 to the test:

Other good place to start with is: (plenty of further links from there)

Are you talking bout the same Mobo here?
