Extracting some chapters...

I have the DVD Concert for New York. It's a DVD which has several people declarations between the songs. So, what I want to do is extract only the songs and burn them in 1 DVD-R. I already tried to do this but without success. I ripped just the songs using SmartRipper and tried to burn the files with Nero. But Nero says that something is wrong with the files. Even that I burned but the it didn't work.
My question is: what I have to do to correct the files I got after running SmartRipper to make them compliant to be burned with Nero?

Thanks in advance.

What is the audio form on the DVD ? Most have AC3 audio, but could be DTS or PCM(wav). They will all be at 48khz sample rate and need to be converted to 44.1 16bit Stereo WAV form to allow them to be burn to a CDR or DVDR as an Audio disk. BeSweet can do this for you. WAV files burnt to a DVDR may not play on your DVD Player also.

Maybe I was not clear enough. I want to extract not only the songs (music) but the entirely chapters (video and music) which has the songs. What I want to do is just remove the chapters with "bla bla bla" from the artists/persons and keep the chapters with the concert.

Thanks

Arr.. now its clear.

You cant just rip files off a DVD with Smartripper (or whatever) and just burn them back to a DVD with anything and expect them to work. Its a bit more complicated than that.

Rip each Chapter out to get the "songs" plus the 'bla bla bla" as you say. Then load these into TMPGEnc DVD Author one at a time and use the Edit feature to chop off the bit you dont want. Then compile to a set of DVD Vob files ready to burn out with Nero.
