try to convert it to uncompressed audio as first step; then convert this result like you always did;

well, if i do direct stream copy u hear the audio later.
in VD's audio options > Interleaving > there you can set an delay value;
also try a search for "lip sync" or "out of sync" in our forum;

And how can i do uncompressed audio?
use "full processing mode" for audio and set compression to "no compression";
also have a look at the help file;

I just tried this :

use "full processing mode" for audio and set compression to "no compression";
also have a look at the help file;

But still same error. And the first option is tried tho.

What audio does it use? AC3 maybe? If so then I would recommend just re-using it. Also I wouldn't recommend recompressing to add subs only to re-compress again to DVD. I would suggest frameserving instead or adding a seperate subtitle stream when you author.
