Error when installing MP3 Burner

Hi,

When I try to install MP3 burner program, I get the following error:

This S/W is expired from IAAWU. I/O error 183. Can anyone help.

What kind of system,what program,what the devices are?Is that happening with all burning software or just that one?

The OS is Win ME and I have got other CD Burner programs on my machine. This is the only one which is giving me problem.
It seems to remeber the registration code I entered originally. May be that's causing the problem. I have uninstalled it but can't seem to clean all of it.

Your help will be appreciated.
