error code

I´m ripping some dvds using smartripper to my hd to be played later with power dvd from the same hd, I have tryied several times to rip "Raising Arizona", the process seems to be done well but when try to play it with power dvd I get and error message:

error code:89030000
unknown file format

Does any1 knows what´s the reason of this? or should any special settings must be used to rip this dvd?

i remember once something like this happenend to me , did a reinstall fixed it
