Error 1311. Source file not found:

I have windows XP, and i am the administrator and the only user, when i try to install norton systemworks 2003, access XP and omnipage 12 appears the message: Error 1311. Source file not found: E:\*****.cab.( **** are the files in each program CD), Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. If i use the windows explorer the file exists and opens easy. Can anybody help me? Thank you Bernardo

This can happen with some antivirus programs that block access to the file data.cab.Before installing the programs disable the antivirus.
