I'm trying to encode some avi's i've got lying around to put them on cd to save some of my precious hd space but whenever i try to scan them for errors or save them I get the following error message:
Internal error: MMX state left on: T:\projects\Virtualdub_old\main\Videosource.cpp: 1101
This happens no matter what compression i'm trying to use (i've tried divx and xvid) and it always stops at the same point. I thought it might be bad frames but when i checked them myself there weren't any. My specs are:
XP2800+ CPU
512MB DDR (333MHz)
Win 2000
Vdub version 1.5.10
I've also tried encoding them in TMPGenc to mpg SVCD format but it gets so far and just stops, can anyone help?
edit: just ran one of the files through Gspot, it says there are 5 compatible codecs installed, divx decoder filter x 2, ffdshow MPEG-4, divx MPEG-4 V3 low and Divx MPEG-4 DVD decompressor.
