End Program - DEVLDR

Can anyone tell me what the above is please? Sometimes when I try and shutdown End Program launches and tries to close DEVLDR, but it can't, and says program not responding.

Anyone got any any ideas plz?

Yes m8 do you have a Creative Laba Sound Blaster card installed.

Uninstall your soundblaster card then reinstall the sound card driver from your Windows XP cd.
