encoding wma files with nero 5.5.4.0

can anyone explain the process of installing the wma plugin for nero.

I can not get it to work.

All it says is that it installed and to reboot the machine.
But when you try to encode, the message that it does not
support the format comes up... thanks alot.

wma

you better use a specific program for converting wma files like 'blaze media pro'
I can help if you can't find it.:p

-say bruh

-all ya gotta do is put the dll files in the folder called "Audioplugins"

-go here:

C:\Program files\ahead\Shared\AudioPlugins

thanks

Also I do not understand what dll files to put into . (pyssdogg)

C:\Program files\ahead\Shared\AudioPlugins
:)
My internet provider may go down tomorrow so I will look back
as soon as possible.
Thanks redbone110

thanks Alot

Thanks for the information

Still would like to understand about the dll files under
program files

but anything that works is just fine

-the plugins for Nero are DLL files

-the DLL files basically tells Nero how to decode WMA or MP3 or WAV or AIFF etc...

-if u look in the folder i mentioned above you will see files named:

wav.dll

vqf.dll

aiff.dll

mp3Pro.dll

-etc...

-So if the plugin you DL'd was a zip file wit DLL files in it...Jus' place them files in the folder i mentioned

-if the file u DL'd was an EXE...it will automatically extract the DLL files and put them in the audioplugin folder automatically
