encoding 2 cd dvd

how would u recomend encoding a 2 cd dvd movie

ive tried the following
encoded video and glued the 2mp3s (from the rips off dvd) and added the mp3s to the video - this makes the audio not sync with the vid

ive encoded video and added the 2mp3s with were glued, this makes the first half of the movie sync but the second half not sync

what i want to do is encode a 2 cd dvd movie into 3 700mgs cds

oh yeah i use gknot

this is the file from the first dvd rip (mp3)

its got delay of 0ms in both, so when i combine shouldnt it work ????? please help me find a way to do what i intend, or ill have to rip either 4 cd of 700 or 2cd of 700

The other trick is to rip CD 1 to the HD and then CD2 to a separate folder to HD but not split at 1 gig length. Set DVD Decrypter to None in Settings for IFO mode. Then rename that vob file to be the next inline from CD 1

somthing like this

vts_01_1.vob
.
.
vts_01_7.vob
vts_01_8.vob <-- this was the large vts_01_1.vob form disk 2 renamed.

Then just process from there.

so how do i extract the audio of the vob files i did what u said and i have

VTS_01_1.vob
to

VTS_01_6.vob

i use gknot to encode, and all i need is a dvd2avi project and the mp3 file

i have make the dvd3avi project can u help me get a mp3 out of the vob files

When you saved Project in DVD2AVI, it would have either saved a demuxed AC3 audio or converted it to a WAV file. Just use BeSweet GUI to convert either to your MP3.

Yep, in the audio menu select the tack number, probably 1 and then under output method select demux, that will give you your AC3. Alternatively you could select demux all tracks or decode to get a wav.

Personally I would suggest that you demux the AC3 and let BeSweet/Azid do the downmix.
