Emulation for dummies?

Yes I've read and read and read..... but just can't comprehend ...... sorry but very slow when it come to "emulation" simply cuz it's new to me
Just wondering if there was a tutorial on " Emulation for dummies"......???? All I'm trying to learn is to " Emulate all kinds of games for a modded ps2 v9.... just need a kick start. Any help is appreciated

Download the emu software for the desired console

Then take your roms (please do not ask where to find roms) and console software and burn to CD-R. There is normally instructions/how to at each download site that inform you how to create the disc.
