easy cd creator platinun

hello to everybody....
i have a problem with easy cd creator plat..
i have downloaded the software, and intaled it now the problem is tha the easy cd creator does not recognise my cdr burner samsung 16x10x32....
can anyone helpe-me with this problem....

Go to the Roxio website and check the "Supported burners" list there. If yours is listed then download the latest EZCD update, if it's not listed you are stuffed.

Why not try some better and more reliable software like NTI CD Maker Pro or Stomp Record Max, both can be downloaded from the main CDRsoft site in download section.

yes could be your CDRW is not supported, but if you look around the site, you will find that EZCD is just garbage & can interfere with many other programs.
Best bet is to scrap it & get NTI or other burning software.

EZCD is a quality product and is almsot as good as FDisk!

There are updates - occasionally!
If you didn't start with 5.1, you can update to 5.1 (*** unless your serial is blacklisted ) and there's a drives update on top of that.
