Easiest way to make a data DVD?

I want to create a multi-session DATA-ONLY DVD-R with mp3's on it and keep adding to it. What is the best software to do this with? I also want to preserve the full length of the filenames, not have them shortened as Nero always seems to do (despite trying every setting!) Please give me step by step info if possible. Thx

Stomp RecordNow-->data cd-->options....there you will find many options to customise filenames and multisession options...
