Dvix 30fps to VCD(pal) problem

I`ve got some TV Series from USA als Dvix avi with 30fps (ntsc). How can I convert them to VCD pal?
I exracted the audio with virtualDub and changed the "audioframerate" with Besweet form 30 to 25fps after that I tryed to encode with TmpegEnc.But this does not work(asynchon!!).
Can you help me?!

you can't change it from NTSC to PAL without it being jittery most times. What you can do is burn them as regular NTSC VCDs & play them with your player anyways (as most PAL players will support playing them still).
Perhaps ChickenMan will tell you something else, but most times this is your best bet. Ofcourse I've been able to just use the tmpgenc templates often to do the conversions & haven't had much trouble, but others do.
Good luck

I really fail to understand why people want to continue to change a NTSC movie to PAL or vice versa. The play the final VCD on your DVD Player, well 99.99% of them will handle both NTSC and PAL playback on your TV, regardless of its type.

If you really like jerky movies (thats what an NTSC to PAL conversion will give you) then just follow the DivX to VCD tutorial but chose the PAL template in TMPGEnc instead, no audio conversion that your attempting to do is needed. Think about it, an hour long NTSC movie has 1hr of audio. Converted to PAL, the movie is still 1 hr long and still needs exactly 1hr of audio.
